M1: We can't afford a total standstill. We need to reroute the incoming crews from the southern terminal immediately to ensure we have enough personnel for the evening recovery flights. W1: I'll start the reallocation process right away. However, the southern terminal is also reporting some light turbulence, so the crew transport vehicles might be delayed by about thirty minutes. M1: That's tight, but manageable. Just make sure the flight dispatchers are notified so they don't schedule any departures during that window. W1: Understood.
